Vegan recipes
The vegan diet excludes all animal products, dairy, eggs, meat, and fish. It can seem fairly daunting at first, as a lot of food groups are excluded from your diet. The best way is to find alternatives that are vegan- using coconut/almond milk, mashed banana can be used in baking as an egg substitute, or a healthy cheesecake made dairy-free with cashews!
